License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and MyTreesApp regarding the use of MyTreesApp software and services.

1. License Grant

MyTreesApp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or business purposes, subject to this agreement. The app is subscription-based and allows installation on multiple devices where applicable, including a web version.

2. Usage Restrictions

Users agree to use the app in accordance with its intended purpose. MyTreesApp operates under a Fair Use Policy, allowing unlimited cloud storage for business or personal tree management. However, users may not:

• Use the app’s image gallery or document upload function as a personal storage system unrelated to tree care.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the app.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

MyTreesApp and all related content (including texts, images, 3D animations) remain the exclusive property of its creators. This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Termination

Access to MyTreesApp may be revoked if:

• The user fails to maintain an active subscription.
• The user violates the fair-use policy by misusing the storage functions.
• Any other material breach of this agreement occurs.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The app provides visual reference material on tree climbing, knots, and equipment. However, this is not a substitute for professional training. Users must seek formal training before applying any techniques shown. MyTreesApp is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the information provided.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be settled in Portuguese courts.

By using MyTreesApp, you agree to this License Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue the use of the app.
